Version 5.5 software release for DSP-2000 (685K)

Version 5.5 software for the DSP-2000 adds the capability to make Power Sum-related measurements.
Some standards will require that Near End Crosstalk (NEXT) and derivative measurements such as Attenuation-to-Crosstalk Ratio (ACR) use the Power Sum method. This software makes the DSP Series fully compliant with these requirements.

Additionally, several foreign language enhancements were incorporated in this release.

You can install this software release in just a few minutes.

If the smart remote does not function properly after loading the new software, remove all cables and the battery, wait 2 minutes and then replace the battery.
The smart remote should now operate normally.
Use CableManager software to perform the upload to your cable tester.
